Kingsley is the Managing Director and holds an EMBA in Marketing from University of Ghana and MSc. Economics (Energy and Natural Resource Economics) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Marketing from the Central University College and a BSc. (Honours) degree in Physics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

Additionally, he also holds an Advance Certificate in Oil and Gas Management from Central University College, Certificate in Commercial Management and Procurement from Lloyd’s Maritime Academy, an affiliate of Chartered Institute of Marketing UK. His work experience prior to joining Chase Petroleum in 2010 has been in the area of Sales with Barclays Bank, Logistics Management, Travel and Tour Management and Broadcast journalism.

Mr. Sarpong has attended several courses and seminars in Customer Relationship Management, Credit Control Management, Oil and Gas Trading and Operations, Solution Selling, Corporate Growth strategy, leadership from institutions including Sales Performance International, Citac, Harvard Business School, Yale School of Management, Temple University and Northeastern University.
